About Us

KVT has been manufacturing fine vinyl fences and rails in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for over 15 years. But our roots go further than that. In the early 1990s our founder, Dave Beiler Senior, was installing fences and rails with a dedicated crew in the pleasant farm community of Bird in Hand, Pennsylvania.

Seeking a superior grade of vinyl fences, railing and hardware—he began creating his own. 

In 2008 he founded KVT, or Keystone Vinyl Technology. He and his partners focused laser-like on sourcing and creating the best vinyl fence and railing systems. Those that were a cut above in terms of beauty, durability and performance. And were fully integrated with compatible hardware and accessories that make installation easier and more streamlined—-and happen to look great. 

Since then we’ve prided ourselves on offering the best fencing, railing and outdoor specialty items around. We continue to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to new and improved methods and materials that will help our customers complete their projects, beautify their homes and enhance their outdoor experience. 

Though we’ve grown, we’ve stayed modest where it counts. The son of KVT founder Dave Beiler—David Junior—manages our Lancaster County workshop and office, and carries on his father’s belief in building relationships, face-to-face and one-on-one. We have a small sales team that welcomes your call. Whether a homeowner, installer or architect, when you reach out, we will answer the phone and answer your questions.
